Priscilla and Justin got married on a Thursday at St. Leo, the Great Catholic Church in San Antonio. Priscilla walked down the aisle with a gorgeous ivory chiffon A-line dress with a sweetheart neckline that was purchased from David’s Bridal. The cocktail hour and reception were held at The Sheraton Gunter Hotel in San Antonio. The Sheraton stood out to Priscilla and Justin for its character and historical charm that was evident throughout the hotel. There was also an incredible terrace that provided a beautiful view from Houston Street and the Crystal Ballroom. This added the perfect amount of elegance to the wedding. The Crystal Ballroom had eye-catching chandeliers that were a luxurious touch for the reception. There were stunning centerpieces that were a unique combination of hurricane vases and votives with candles. These were complimented by incredible floral arrangements from HEB Weddings by Design.
My advice would be to shop around. We must have seen almost ten different venues, five different bakeries, and five different florists. We had an idea of what we wanted and what our budget was and we stuck to it. Each vendor we met with, we ranked on a scale from 1-10 and considered what he or she offered, [their] price, etc. We were able to narrow it down quickly and chose the vendors that we did. We were extremely satisfied with the quality and service we received with each and every one of [the vendors we chose] and they all contributed to making our big day that much more special. So, take the time to shop around and stick to your budget!
